BERGAMI PACKAGING SOLUTIONS
Bergami manufacture a range of cartoning and overwrapping machines,
as well as a horizontal casepacking machine to complete the line.
Bergami's main markets are in the perfumery, personal care, pharmaceutical, food and tobacco industries.
A brief summary of the Bergami range is:
Two Models, the ASV and ASV-50 for flexible or special-purpose vertical cartoning. Infeeds can either be automatic or manual machine. Motion can be continuous or intermittent.
Two Models, the AS 120 and AS 70 for horizontal cartoning. These models are intermittent motion, for speeds of upto 120 cartons per minute and can be equipped with a wide range of infeeds. Carton transport between plastic timing belts eliminates marking of the cartons, making these machines particularly suitable for carton types with high-gloss finishes.
The Model AS 70 has a large size range and is often used as a Collator/Cartoner, for example, in the food and tobacco industries. It is also used as a high-speed Collator/Traypacker, again for the food industry or for non-food assembly sets.
For cellophane over wrapping, Bergami have just introduced their Model CX-5 balcony design, with servo-operated film pickers and rapid tool-free changeover. The CX-5 is mainly aimed at the perfumery market and complements the existing Bergami range of over wrappers.
To complete their range Bergami manufacture their Model C 97 Casepacker, a very flexible horizontal unit, suitable for tape or hotmelt closure. Collating infeeds are again a speciality.
Bergami is a family-owned company, with 25 years of successful manufacturing experience and operate from their new factory just North of Bologna. The machinery range is practical and user-friendly. Special applications for both collating or cartoning machines, are welcome.
